I am on a mission to make a change in the lives of those men who have made bad decisions in life. With your help and support, these men released from incarceration, Juvenile Hall, and veterans, will be given another opportunity to give back to the communities they have taken away from.

I have had great success with assisting many men, rebuild family relationships, build resumes for jobs, and job skills, from my very own success. I teach and train these men on how to be responsible and dedicated toward job and educational opportunities that many dreamed they would never have.

They are taught to be honest about their past and take full responsibility for their past actions. they are taught to be completely honest, and not fear the truth in regard to job searches and educational opportunities. I am happy to tell you many of these men were able to start their own businesses, earned jobs with Cox Cable, Restaurant jobs, and one even started his own cement mixing and delivery business. The opportunities are endless, and I want to give every man another chance to change his own life, by taking full responsibility of their actions and starting a new chapter using their negative past as a stepping block for success.
