While serving in the Marines, as one of the leaders in the campaign of Mogadishu Somalia, in Black Hawk Down, I placed something in my heart, I told myself, no matter what it took, even at the risk of my very own personal life, I will leave no man behind. This mentality is still embedded in my heart. Many men are being released from incarceration after serving their time and have no idea what to do next. The only connections they have are the very same ones that got them there in the first place. I want to give these men new opportunities, new connections and other opportunities, to make something of their life that they can be proud of, while assisting them in building a solid relationship with the Lord.

Someone who does not judge them, or focus on their past failures. Helping each man recognize and expose their true gifts, that will help them move forward with their vision of opportunity that they thought was lost. I will prepare them for job interviews, and assist them with their resumes for job opportunities that match their skills).
I will demonstrate through patience, love and understanding, by word and deed how valuable they are, not based on what they have done, but who they are and what they are capable of achieving given the right opportunities.
