1 Thessalonians 5:18

 I was watching this football game and the field goal kicker gave praise to God after he kicked the ball, what was supposed to be the winning field goal kick. The problem was, I thought I saw him miss the kick.

 I rewinded and watched him kick three times and he definitely missed the kick and they lost the game. 

While trying to figure this out the sports announcer said "for those of you who don't know kicker 'Cody Parkey' he praises his God whether he makes it or misses.

"Give thanks in (all) circumstances; for this is God's (will) for you in Christ Jesus".
