Galatians 6:9

​(Psalm 75:6-7) states that promotion, honor, and success do not come from human effort, geographical advantages (east, west, or south), or (worldly) power, but solely from God. 

As the ultimate judge, God humbles one person while lifting up another."

As my mother has always told me since I was a child, she would say son,,, "keep your eyes on Jesus."

16) There's a song by Earth wind & fire, and some of the lyrics go like this...

"I've had enough, it's much too tough to carry on, so I'm coming back to 'you.' "

'You' of course being Jesus.

This being said, when you've had enough, when you're at the end of your rope, when you're ready to give up, when your last nerve has been played, where do you go?

 If it's to Jesus, after you get there, do you trust Him enough to [stay] there?
