Matthew 18:15

​Do your very BEST (not) to go around telling of a wrong someone has done to you, it is not right, keep it to yourself, until you address the matter with them first. If you are not quite ready to address the matter with them, you must keep it between you and the Lord alone, until you are ready.

"If your brother or sister sins, go and point out their fault, just between the (two) of you. If they listen to you, you have won them over."
