Psalm 19:14

​Your thoughts, and the thoughts of your heart, can be just as powerful as your words. 

This is why the Lord says in scripture, if a man lusts after a woman in his heart, he has sinned.

Someone says, but Sean, I say things under my breath, so no one can hear me, do not fool yourself for the Lord says we'll be accountable for every idle word that comes out of our mouth, that includes mumbling. 

Here's the good news  through prayer, and humility, and meditation on the word, you will be successful.
