Sun Down

9/12/2025

Ok, men, here we go, I'm calling this teaching,
'SUN DOWN'

Ephesians 4:26 instructs us: "Do not let the sun go down on your anger."

This is wisdom against allowing anger to fester or (linger).

It encourages resolving conflicts or dealing with anger (before) the day ends, ideally through forgiveness, reconciliation, or constructive action.

This prevents anger from escalating, taking (root), or giving way to (bitterness), which can be detrimental to both the husband and wife and their personal (well-being).

You as the head and the leader of the household must be willing to initiate and (go) after your wife, whether she's in the bathroom, on the other side of the house, or maybe the car, wherever she is, you must go after her and at least start a resolution.

And please make no mistake, just because your wife is quiet, doesn't mean she is over it. If she sends you away because she's still angry, keep coming back.

One more thing, she might yell a little, but you must take the licks, don't defend yourself, just listen to her. Pray (before) you approach her. God bless 🙏
